An exquisite holiday villa neatly located in a peaceful residential area, with impeccable attention to detail. A 20 minute walk leads you to restaurants, traditional shops and the boat to the golden sands and vibrant waters of Tavira Beach Island.
The villa interior is impeccably furnished ensuring every attention to detail, with richly decorated and spacious rooms.
GROUND FLOOR – As you enter the villa, you are welcomed by the majestic lounge décor with its impressive stone feature wall. Daytime sun beams through the large patio windows running the entire length of the lounge area and lead to a shaded terrace with comfy rattan sofas and a dining table. Sneak around the corner to find the second dining opportunity, with a traditional brick barbecue and an adjoining food preparation area, all nestled under an attractive awning providing a superb al-fresco dining experience. Tucked neatly at the front of the villa, a fully equipped kitchen lends itself to an outstanding home catering experience, with an array of appliances and gadgets! The adjoining dining room is elegant and boasts a regal black polished table beautifully accessorized for more formal dining occasions. A guest WC/shower room is also conveniently located on the ground floor.
FIRST FLOOR - The 4 bedrooms occupy the entire first floor of the villa, with 1 master king size room boasting a dressing area and ensuite shower room. Accompanying this are 2 generously sized rooms, 1 with king size bed and 1 twin room with 2 single beds, plus a 4th bedroom, ideal for children with a single bed that has and additional pull-out option. Follow the stairs to the upper second floor and enjoy the amazing views – perfect for star gazing at night.
OUTSIDE –From the securely gated entrance, grassy gardens encircle the villa dotted with colourful plants and attractive Mediterranean shrubs. A side pathway leads to the gorgeous swimming pool with sunbeds and roaming views across the Tavira hillside, delighting sun worshippers with its North facing position catching the sun all day complemented by shady, poolside patios for those seeking respite from the heat.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are no steps to enter the property, but there are staircases within, and all bedrooms are situated on the first floor. Parking is available directly outside the villa, without a charge.

BBQ area for dining and a terrace area to eat alfresco. We've been coming to Villa Vasa now for 7th occasion. We love here.
Would definitely recommend a stay here. Its like home from home. Everything you need is here. Rachel and her team are very professional and if you ever need to contact them they're always on hand to help. |

We had a lovely stay. The villa is in a quiet complex, which felt very safe for the kids. Well stocked kitchen which we always find is an issue, so makes life much easier catering at home, although only having one rack in the oven was a bit limiting.see more

It was easy for us to communicate regarding check-in and we were greeted personally at the villa on arrival, so all much appreciated. Only frustration really... the lack of parking, as garage is inaccessible for the stay, so cars need to be left on the road. It's quiet, so not really an issue but fairly tight road, so always a potential for problems. Overall a great stay. Thank you

We very much enjoyed the stay at Villa Vasa. Nice and quiet location. Almost like a guarded community but without the guards😀 The house is like shown on the pictures. Not super modern but clean, nice and equipped with everything you need. Recommend Bsee more

Not super modern but clean, nice and equipped with everything you need. Recommend Bolt or Uber for transportation. 15 minutes walk to the closest supermarket using the shortcut over the fields. Tavira is a beautiful small city without the typical tourist traps. Great restaurants with high quality food. If you order takeaway the Globo app is recommended.

My husband and I were here for 3 weeks which we've done every June for a number of years now. As always we had an excellent holiday here in Villa Vasa. It truly is home from home. Everything you need is here. Lovely decor throughout. Terrace area excellent for Alfresco dining to watch the sun go down. There's also a barbecue area at the side of Villa.
The pool is perfect. All in all we would definitely recommend the superb luxury villa. Smatavillas are always on hand if you have any queries and are there to help when you need them. Coming back in September 2023 and already booked June 2024. |

We absolutely loved staying at this villa. The location is so close to Tavira and the house is wonderful with the most AMAZING pool. Very very comfortable and loved dining on the outside terrace. Would highly recommend and we cannot wait to return.

We've been coming back to this Villa for over 7 years. We love it here in Quinta Do Perogil. Wonderful views of the mountains at the back and on roof terrace you see the sea coastline.
