INTERIOR
Step through the entrance into a welcoming open-plan living area with two large sofas, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV featuring channels from around the globe! On either side, you'll find two ground-floor bedrooms—one king-sized, one twin—alongside two separate shower rooms. A wooden dining table links to a well-equipped kitchen, leading directly to the pool area. Upstairs, two more bedrooms (one king and one twin) share a third shower room, and a rooftop terrace offers comfortable seating with sweeping views over the town and ocean—a spot you won't want to miss!
OUTSIDE SPACE
Enjoy a securely gated garden area with a sunlit rear orientation. Mature trees and grassy patches surround the pool, making it perfect for children to splash around. Sunbeds are dotted around and accompanied by a pergola with table and chairs providing shade for poolside dining – a treat at any time of day.

Ideal for families and mature couples seeking a traditional, comfortable villa close to town amenities. Just a 20-minute walk downhill to the historical centre, or a quick €5 taxi ride back!
ACCESS &PARKING
This is private accommodation, and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are no stairs to enter the property but there are 2 stairs from lounge to kitchen, stairs to the upper bedrooms, and stairs leading out to the pool area, although this can be reached by walking around the side of the house where there is a slope.
Parking is on the street, directly outside the house, free of charge and plentiful.

1. A Warm Welcome - We can assist with airport transfers, a shopping service and food to order. Plus a personal check in from one of our Guest Service Managers (subject to arrival times).
2. Important Information - We will send a welcome email before you arrive, and in your accommodation, you will find a huge holiday guide packed with local recommendations
3. A 24-Hour Helpline - The Smartavillas Team is always on duty if you need assistance.
4. Legal Matters:
• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.
• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,
• Please note we will request a house deposit via a 3rd party agency details of which are available on request.
