The extensive interior, with its rich, traditional décor accommodating 10 guests is complemented by mature gardens, a lake, shady dining spots and a spectacular swimming pool set aside from the house, surrounded by lovely trees - all creating the perfect rural retreat. A short drive to the nearby market town with a selection of restaurants and within 10 minutes, a choice of gorgeous golden beaches.
Open the electric gates and be instantly transported into calm and serenity. Tucked away amongst trees and mature gardens is a hidden gem waiting to receive its guests.
GROUND LEVEL - This traditional farmhouse entrance opens immediately into the traditional kitchen with its old-style cupboards and marble surfaces. This extends to the richly furnished lounge, with a large dining table accompanied by comfy sofas. To the left of the house, 4 bedrooms are appointed with a selection of beds including 1 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second family room with double and single bed, a third double bedroom and a fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds which make for a brilliant kids room! These share 2 additional bathrooms. All interior rooms are designed on ground floor level with 3 small shallow steps leading from the lounge to the bedroom hallway.
OUSTIDE SPACE - Aside from the spacious interior, the outside living areas are a real treat. The large farmhouse is nestled amongst mature gardens with Olive trees, Carob trees, Mediterranean shrubs and other interesting succulents. Gardens and lawns hug the farmhouse, with a shady alfresco dining spot where you can enjoy lazy lunches overlooking the gorgeous green grass and the lake with the colorful fish that will delight children. The most spectacular feature of the house is the swimming pool. Perched in an elevated position behind the house, and encircled by green grass, terraces and extended grape vines, the water is clean and blue offering the perfect spot for families to enjoy a calming pool day where sunworshippers can relax around the pool and enjoy sunbeds to soak up the rays, with nothing more than birdsong to disturb the peace, and children can splash in and out of the cool, refreshing water until they are exhausted!. There are no houses in the immediate vicinity, so here is your private kingdom! This is a fabulous house for extended families to enjoy a break together. But if you are looking for shiny, modern and new, then this is not for you. Those seeking a traditional and rustic ambience will revel in this wonderful property and all it represents, which along with the spectacular pool, is a hidden treasure.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The house is essentially all on 1 level, with 3 small steps leading from the lounge to the bedroom. Parking is on site, with room for several cars.

Great place. The house, pool and garden around the house is simply amazing. Plenty of space for our group (9 adults, 1 kid and 3 dogs). Dog friendly and a peaceful place to enjoy time with family and friends.
