This gorgeous villa is an excellent choice for guests who desire the lavish comforts of a modern setting, while immersing themselves in the ambiance of a traditional Portuguese fishing village. Located just a short stroll away from picturesque golden beaches and fabulous fish restaurants, it offers the best of both worlds.
GROUND LEVEL: The ground level of the villa features a spacious open lounge that overlooks the inviting swimming pool. Adjacent to it is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, ample storage space, and a wide array of utensils. Thoughtfully designed, the villa also includes a bedroom suite on the ground floor, catering to those who prefer to avoid stairs. This suite boasts a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
FIRST FLOOR: On the first floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. These bedrooms offer breathtaking views of the Ria Formosa and the vast expanse of the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Additionally, each bedroom opens up to a private balcony, providing a perfect spot to admire the scenery. The third bedroom can be converted as a double or a twin.
OUTSIDE SPACE: Villa Serena boasts spacious terraces where you can unwind and soak in the tranquil ambiance. As you enter from the front, you'll find a convenient and shaded parking area that can accommodate two cars. Whether you wish to bask in the sun's rays or enjoy a delightful evening meal, the outside spaces are designed to accommodate your desires. At the rear of the villa, you'll be delighted to discover a refreshing pool surrounded by green shrubs and comfortable sunbeds, creating an idyllic haven for sun worshippers. Moreover, if you enjoy cooking at home, you can make use of the traditional BBQ and prepare delicious “al Fresco” dining.
FINAL NOTES...
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. All areas of the villa, including front/back gardens, terraces/patio and private pool are accessible to guests. The villa has two levels and has stairs within - a ground floor bedroom is offered for guest convenience, ideally suited to guests with limited mobility, who prefer to avoid stairs. Please note, we do not recommend the villa for children under two years old - the pool is open, ungated and easily accessible from the lounge. Thus care is recommended - and children of any age should not be left unsupervised at any time whilst using the pool.

• SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists' and guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us before your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
• TOURIST TAXES
Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, where charges of around 1€ per person per night are applied to a maximum of 7 nights. This charge is levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.
