Casa Três is a modern and contemporary villa situated in the quaint fishing village of Santa Luzia. The fresh and modern interior is superbly complimented by exterior spaces embracing the joys of outside living. Comfy poolside sofas, a first-floor sun terrace and the refreshing pool all vie for your attention! With its typical charm, wonderful beaches and array of fabulous fish restaurants, all reached within a few minutes’ walk, Casa Três is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a well-earned break.
This modern villa is a fabulous choice for guests seeking to combine a pool and beach holiday. The fresh and modern décor exudes a feeling of tranquility from the moment you enter, and care has been taken to attend to every small detail.
GROUND LEVEL
The spacious open lounge overlooks the swimming pool, with a fully applianced adjoining kitchen offering a generous supply of utensils and storage space. The villa design thoughtfully incorporates a ground floor bedroom suite for those who prefer to avoid stairs.
Please note that all 3 bedrooms are with king size beds for couples.
FIRST FLOOR
The 2 remaining bedrooms are situated on the first floor, both with their own private ensuite bathrooms (master has a bodyjet power shower). A private balcony hugs the each of the bedrooms offering the most spectacular views reaching out towards the Ria Formosa and the Atlantic Ocean beyond.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Casa Três offers a treasure trove of outside spaces where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful ambience, soak up the rays, or enjoy an evening supper and sundowner. From the entrance, pretty shrubs and attractive plants adorn a pergola which offers a great spot for those seeking a sunny breakfast with its easterly facing aspect. At the rear of the villa, you will be thrilled with the deliciously sparking pool and its selection of sunbeds offering the perfect haven for sun worshippers. The super poolside sofa set then provides a pleasant respite where you can relax and soak up the rays. Meanwhile, those who enjoy home catering can tend to the traditional BBQ and create a feast to enjoy at the long wooden dining table and benches, perfect for poolside picnics! Then as the sun is setting, you can revel in the final golden beams on the first-floor terrace with a delicious sundowner cocktail.
FINAL NOTES...
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. All areas of the villa, including front/back gardens, terraces/patio and private pool are accessible to guests. The villa has two levels and has stairs within - a ground floor bedroom is offered for guest convenience, ideally suited to guests with limited mobility, who prefer to avoid stairs. Please note, we do not recommend the villa for children under two years old - the pool is open, ungated and easily accessible from the lounge. Thus extreme care is recommended - and children of any age should not be left unsupervised at any time whilst using the pool.

• SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists' and guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us before your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
• TOURIST TAXES
Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, where charges of around 1€ per person per night are applied to a maximum of 7 nights. This charge is levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.
