Cosy Family townhouse situated in a pretty residential zone on the edge of Tavira Town. The interior decor is bright and welcoming, complimented by a super sun/BBQ dining terrace, with panoramic land and ocean vistas. The conjoined residences are adorned with well-tended gardens and boast a large sparkling, blue pool as the central focal point, encircled with lovely green lawns. The short walk will take you to the town brimming with ambience, cafes and restaurants, and a lovely Beach Island.
From the doorway the entrance hall leads to a colorful and cosy and interior. A spacious open plan lounge/diner overlooks the shimmering pool with large windows allowing a cool breeze to filter through the rooms. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped and ideal for home cooking, and dining on the elegant table featured in the living room. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor with the use of a separate shower room. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor where you will find a pleasing king size bedroom and ensuite bathroom with large patio windows revealing the hidden secret of the private outdoor sun and dining terrace! Here you can savour the pool and mountain views whilst enjoying a light lunch or soak up the sun and relax on the sunbeds. Take the stairs to the second floor to the 3rd bedroom also with its own ensuite shower room. The setting is peaceful and tranquil with gardens decorated by Mediterranean shrubs and plants, surrounded by lush lawns and pathways which meander to the large swimming pool, private to guests only.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. Access to the house is level, but please note that the house has internal staircases to the 2 upper bedrooms, but for convenience to less mobile guests, there is a twin bedroom on the ground floor. Flat access to the pool area. Parking is within the grounds, but not specifically allocated, although is without a charge.
