Description
A gorgeous townhouse ideally located near to the train station and a short walk to the town centre, With a unique 3 storey design, the internal décor is modern and fresh. Outside space is generous with a beautiful dining patio and BBQ, and a fabulous rooftop sundeck boasting panoramic views. Perfectly situated to sample the delights of Tavira with an abundance of restaurants cafes and shops – as well and the beautiful golden beach island – all waiting to be explored and enjoyed!
The house has a private entrance with stairs directly to the accommodation. The first floor comprises a spacious lounge and fully equipped modern kitchen out to the dining patio with a traditional brick BBQ. This floor also has a guest bathroom. The bedrooms are on the second floor - two are king size bedrooms, and the third, a double bedroom (the bed can also be made as a single bed). Finally, the third floor hides a super surprise with a pretty sun deck from where you can see the rooftops of tavira and out towards the ocean. Its unique ´L´ shape offers a choice of sunbathing area, or relaxation zone, in the huge shaded sofa!
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The house is on 3 levels, so there are stairs within! There is no elevator. Street car parking directly outside, with no charges.

The 3 floor apartment above a business is substantially equipped, the rooms are well furnished (although the beds were too soft for us) and bedding and towels were of top quality. We appreciated the extras left in the kitchen and especially enjoyed see more
The 3 floor apartment above a business is substantially equipped, the rooms are well furnished (although the beds were too soft for us) and bedding and towels were of top quality. We appreciated the extras left in the kitchen and especially enjoyed the outdoor dining space. We did not use the bbq. Three full flights of stairs were sometimes a challenge, and presented a concern when our grandchildren visited. Having two bathrooms was a luxury. The washing machine was well used and we liked being able to dry clothes on the roof top patio. The patio gives panoramic views. We did not use the patio furniture or furniture cushions. Being close to the train station and three grocery stores is most convenient. The road in front of the unit, however, was busy, noisy, and difficult to walk on. That is the only real drawback to the apartment. As ever, the support and cleaning by Smartavillas was excellent, with immediate return on all communications and remedies for our questions quickly resolved. This is an upscale apartment and we recommend it for adults or families without very young children.

Casa Amarela is a very well equipped and comfortable house. The terrace leading from the kitchen was well used by us, for breakfast as well as BBQs . The roof terrace is amazing, the views breathtaking. It’s an easy stroll down to the many shops ansee more

The roof terrace is amazing, the views breathtaking. It’s an easy stroll down to the many shops and restaurants, the walk back takes a bit longer! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return sometime.
