Description
A Spacious townhouse with garden area situated in the popular O Pomar holiday resort in Cabanas. O Pomar is a superb spot, beautifully maintained with on-site amenities including a swimming pool, restaurant, gastro pub, health spa and gymnasium. A 15 minutes walk leads you to the quaint fishing village of Cabanas to discover the wide choice of eateries and riverside café bars and the gorgeous beach island reached by short boat crossing departing from the boardwalk.
The townhouse has 3 floors so there are stairs within! From the front door, the main entrance leads to an open living area comprising of a large dining table and comfortable lounge seating with an adjoining modern and fully equipped kitchen. The first floor has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom both with ensuite bathrooms, and on the second floor is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private balcony, table and chairs. Leading out from the kitchen is an outside dining area with table and chairs and traditional BBQ – perfect for “al fresco” evening. The small garden is grassed and lined by trees therefore providing privacy and is ideal for children to play.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The townhouse is designed with 3 levels and therefore there are internal staircases. Parking on roadside closeby, without charge.

To comply with legal requirements, we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us before your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
• TOURIST TAXES
Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, where charges of around 1€ per person per night are applied to a maximum of 7 nights. This charge is levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.

Lots of space and we’ll laid out. The only downside is the noise from the road at the communal Bins at the back of the house. Its something you get used to but we weren’t expecting that. The Opomar complex is also superb.

We stayed for 10 days in this apartment in the lovely town of Fuseta in Eastern Algarve. The apartment is spacious and well fitted out for a holiday stay, having a family bathroom and ensuite to the main bedroom plus well equipped kitchen. The apartment is a good walk from the centre and beach of Fuseta plus the main supermarket and older holidaymakers may well benefit from the use of a car. The outside space benefits from the sun later in the day and the pool is located within a lovely tapas restaurant across the road.
