Experience a captivating holiday retreat at Casa do Levante, nestled in its privileged location in the quaint hamlet of Caçela Vleha – a serenely peaceful destination, steeped in history. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a recently refurbished fisherman’s house and enjoys its own private access and spacious gardens coupled with bright and modern, quality interior. The sleeping arrangements comprise 2 comfortable bedrooms within the main accommodation accompanied a 3rd bedroom annexe within the garden, just 20m away from the main accommodation.
SEAVIEWS AND BEACH ACCESS – 160m
The Spacious outdoor garden has one of the best views that the Algarve has to offer. The magnificent coastline stretches out before you boasting amazing vistas of the Ria Formosa Natural park and the Fortress. The beach is a mere 160m walk – with stairs leading directly to the shoreline. For those who prefer to avoid stairs, there is an alternative walking route. At high tide, small boats offer a river crossing ride to the beach sands, and at low tide, its possible to walk.
INTERIOR
Step into a comfortably furnished open plan space that welcomes you with open arms. The galley style kitchen, fully equipped with utensils and appliances amenities, invites you to prepare delicious meals at home. Discover the convenience of a washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, and oven, ensuring your every need is met. BEDROOM 1 (Main Accommodation) - Find solace in the king-size bed, carefully designed storage solutions, and an abundance of natural light that bathes the room in a warm and inviting glow.
BEDROOM 2 (Main accommodation) - Unwind on the two comfortable single beds, surrounded by ample storage space for your belongings...again accompanied by shutters that allow you to control the level of light entering the room.
BEDROOM 3 (Annexe) - the perfect addition to the property with this self contained annexe-style bedroom suite! Perfect for those requiring a little more privacy. The annexe offers a sumptuous king size bed, with its own private shower room, WC and wash basin. Located within the garden space, only 20m from the main accommodation.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The garden is spacious and adorned with attractive shrubs. Here you can relax with friends and family to enjoy an al fresco dining experience at the table with a huge sun parasol offering shade, a super table and chairs and a Gas BBQ – ideal for lazy lunches and summer evenings. Sunbeds are also provided for the sun-worshipers seeking the gorgeous summer rays.
FINAL NOTES... This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The accommodation is part of a larger villa, recently refurbished, but has its own private access, reached by stairs. Once inside, the apartment accommodation is all on one level, without any stairs. Parking is not possible on site as the streets are narrow, but the local car park is just 150m away. Families please note - the 3rd bedroom annexe is considered as unsuitable for children given its detachment from the main accommodation.

Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, where charges of around 1€ per person per night are applied to a maximum of 7 nights. This charge is levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.
