Situated in a peaceful residential zone on the outskirts of Tavira, this recently renovated apartment has an inviting bright and modern décor welcoming its guests for a pleasant stay. The rooms are well appointed including 2 spacious bedrooms and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. A sunny patio embraces the open plan lounge/diner and enjoys the sun all day. A friendly café is within 2 minutes’ walk and the vibrant town of Tavira can be reached in around 25 minutes’ walk, or a 5 minute taxi ride.
Situated on the second floor of a modern building with elevator access, the East facing apartment enjoys lovely sunshine for most of the day. From the entrance hall, the kitchen is on the left, fully equipped and perfect for home catering if you so choose. With a tall standing table, this is the perfect spot to take a quick snack. Otherwise, you can slip out onto the balcony, which runs the entire length of the apartment, and with its views of the treelined street and out over the mountains, this is the ideal place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, or relaxing evening sundowners. The focal point of the apartment is the lounge with its simple, yet thoughtfully considered furnishings. A comfy sofa perfect for TV viewing, or a sturdy armchair to relax and read. An adjoining white veneer dining table complements the room perfectly, providing the place for more formal dining. Tucked neatly away at the back of the apartment are 2 bedrooms, 1 king size and 1 twin, both sharing a bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower. Close by are a choice of welcoming cafes and 1 restaurant if you don’t want to venture out too far in the evenings.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is 2nd floor, with elevator access. Car parking is on-street, without a charge.

Had an amazing week, very nice appartment which is bigger in real life than it looks in the photos. The location is about 25 minutes walking from the main area of the city but the area was very nice and relaxing.

This appartment is very new and well decorated, very comfortable beds, aircon and nice kitchen with all utelsils needed. It is 10min drive from Tavira and has convenient free parking in the front road.

The apartment is great and well equipped. The only issues we had were with the door (needs to be further looked at because the lock has issues) and the shower which should really be replaced (there is no middle term in terms of pressure / heat, you esee more

The only issues we had were with the door (needs to be further looked at because the lock has issues) and the shower which should really be replaced (there is no middle term in terms of pressure / heat, you either have too much pressure or the water goes cold because the heater turns off if you try to have a bit less pressure, but most importantly there is an issue with the shower holder because it doesn't stay fixed, it either points down, or if you have to much pressure it points to the ceiling).
Other than those issues our stay was great. The location is great and the people we've talked to (upon arrival and when we had the door issue) were nice and very helpful. |
