PARKING AND ACCESS
This is private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. 1 bedroom apartment situated on the first floor of a building. Parking is available on local streets, without a charge. The apartment is part of a larger building , with another apartment on the ground floor, Entrances to each dwelling sector are private and there will be no intrusion to your privacy during your stay.

1. A Warm Welcome - We can assist with airport transfers, a shopping service and food to order. Plus a personal check-in from one of our Guest Service Managers (subject to arrival times). Some of our properties have key boxes, which could be used if a personal check-in is not required but generally we prefer to make a meet and greet service.
2. Important Information - We will send a welcome email before you arrive, and in your accommodation, you will find a huge holiday guide packed with local recommendations
3. A 24-Hour Helpline - The Smartavillas Team is always on duty if you need assistance.
4. Legal Matters:
• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.
• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,
• Please note we will request a property security deposit via a 3rd party agency, details of which are available on request.

It’s a gorgeous apartment very close to the town centre, everything is nearby.. restaurants, bars, shops etc. The apartment has an amazing roof terrace. and kitchen etc is fabulous. Thanks to Smartavillas, everything in the apartment is so clean and accessible. They left us a lovely welcome pack including two small bottles of wine. We really cannot recommend this place enough. Smartavillas - we love you!
