Apartment Pepita is a superb apartment, recently renovated and it ideally located in a secure residence with use of a swimming pool and a private garage, perfectly situated in the heart of historical Tavira. A few minutes’ walk will take you to the ferry to the island of Tavira, the “Jardim do Coreto”, the local fresh food market and the Roman Bridge.

The cozy, warm and welcoming atmosphere will make you feel instantly at home and is ideal accommodation for 2 couples or a family. The pleasantly furnished interior includes an open plan living/dining room with comfortable seating, a desk and a large TV with national/international channels. The kitchen is well equipped with integrated dishwasher and washing machine accompanied by a range of crockery and utensils, perfect for home catering. 2 bedrooms neatly positioned at the rear of the apartment include 1 king size bed and a room with 2 single beds, flanked by large wardrobes with plenty of storage and a bathroom to share.
OUTSIDE SPACE
At the front of the apartment, the sunny terrace has comfy sofas and a coffee table, perfect for relaxing or enjoying an early evening sundowner. Overlooking the blue, sparking pool, this is an ideal addition to enjoy morning exercise or take a refreshing dip during the day.
OTHER FACILITIES
This is a private accommodation in a securely gated residence and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is situated on the first floor with elevator access and sloped access suitable for wheelchair users. Parking is allocated in a private underground garage. Air conditioning and heating in all rooms with unlimited Wifi access throughout.

With a small but clean pool right outside. The apartment felt private even when sat on the balcony outside. There are close by shops and restaurants and the train station for connections to faro of vila real is just a short walk up the hill. The hosts were friendly and helpful responded to queries immediately. Perfect location for a much needed destress and unwind. I would definitely stay again. 10/10.

Having previously stayed in this complex, we were looking for something different on the same complex, when Rachel told us of a new apartment coming up. We were interested. and went to view the apartment Pepita and we were impressed enough to booksee more
Having previously stayed in this complex, we were looking for something different on the same complex, when Rachel told us of a new apartment coming up. We were interested. and went to view the apartment Pepita and we were impressed enough to book for our long stay for 2023. The location of the Pepita is excellent, a real sun trap, on occasion a bit too hot, as we saw temperatures in the mid to high 40's, reaching 50 degrees on one occasion. A parasol would have been very useful but after discussion I believe that this may be in place very soon. The newly decorated apartment is a bit too clinical for us, although probably OK for a one or two week stay. Accents or accessories of ""warmer"" colours, would give a more homely feel. A big plus for us was the ""walk in"" shower,. The bed was low, but very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal and so eat in if required. A very nice apartment on an excellent complex. We are quite happy to re-book for 2024. The Smartavillas staff were attentive and efficient as usual. Looking forward to our return in 2024.

We had a wonderful 10 days in this beautiful and well equipped apartment, in a perfect position in Tavira.
No complaints at all, but just a couple of small suggestions.
There perhaps should be a small shelf in the shower area for shampoo and showersee more
