Apartment Marujo is a generously sized apartment with 3 bedrooms. With its typically Portuguese style, the accommodation is simple but and ideal for a larger family seeking reasonably priced accommodation near Tavira town and with the use of a pool.
ACCOMMODATION
On entering the apartment, you are immediately welcome to the colourful lounge with typical decorations and fascinating trinkets exuding the traditional essence of Portugal!
Located at the rear of the apartment are 3 bedrooms; 1 double room with ensuite bathroom, a second family room with double bed and bunk beds and a third bedroom with 2 single beds; both of these with use of a separate bathroom with bathtub. At the front of the apartment, a spacious kitchen adjoins the lounge and is well equipped with all essential items, offering a perfect spot for home catering and dining. A small fronrt facing balcony is perfect for relaxing and reading in the shade.
OUTSIDE AMENITIES
For your leisure enjoyment, the communal pool is a 1 minute walk away, where the facilities are well-tended and include sunbeds, garden space and a snack bar. The adjoining tennis court can also be hired for small charge, creating an ideal day of activities for children and adults alike! The trip into town is a short car ride, or a 20-minute walk, where you will find all the delights that Tavira town and its gorgeous beach island have to offer.
PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is on the ground floor without any stairs to access. Car parking is on-street, with no charge.

• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,
• Please note we will request a property security deposit via a 3rd party agency, details of which are available on request.
