The hallway melts into the lounge, with comfy sofas giving room to relax, read or watch TV complemented by a fully equipped kitchen and granite top food preparation island, perfect for home catering. Lounge patio windows hug the balcony which wraps around the entire lounge space, ideally positioned to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.

Take the staircase to the wonderful sun terrace. Here you are transported to a haven of tranquility - on one side, a chill out zone comprising comfy sofa and chairs beside a gently trickling fountain. The Malacca apartment is a fantastic rental with beautiful facilities.The apartment was spotless so,spacious with the most wonderful rooftop terrace ,hot tub and the amazing views over the salt plains where you can see the Flamingo birds .It was so close to the beautiful town of Tavira with so many fabulous restaurants and easy reach of the town ferry to take you out to the beach . We can highly recommend Smartavillas brilliant service once again we called from Faro airport when we arrived and Ana met us to check us in and show us around the apartment ..thanks so much for letting us rent the apartment cannot wait to return to Tavira once again

What a fabulous apartment. A 15 minute walk from the town centre, with some cafes along the way!
The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, the terrace was amazing. We didn’t get to use the bbqs but hopefully next time!

The phone call from Rachel the day prior to travel was a nice touch and very reassuring. We were a late arrival at 10.30 pm however we were met and see more

The apartment itself is exactly as shown on the wesite and the roof terrace is spacious and well designed. All the appliances worked as expected and the window shutters were excellent. Fantastic holiday. The apartment is exceptionally clean & tidy.
Everything worked as it should & the kitchen is very well equipped... Our favourite part was the roof terrace. It was great to have that additional space.

A localização na nossa opinião foi perfeita do lado de um centro comercial onde pudemos comprar tudo o que precisávamos para nossa estadia e uma pequena caminhada até o centro de Tavira. As camas são confortáveis e os banheiros um luxo. A sala é ampla e o Wi-Fi de ótima qualidade. Saímos do apto já com planos de voltarmos ! Recomendamos !
