Enjoy 2 friendly cafés within 2 minutes’ walk along with the enchanting town of Tavira around 25 minutes’ on foot, or 5 minutes by car.

ACCOMMODATION
Situated on the first floor of a modern building, the apartment has home-from-home comforts and also benefits from swimming pool access. From the entrance hall, the kitchen is on the right, fully equipped and perfect for home catering if you so choose. The small kitchen balcony with table and chairs is the perfect spot to take a quick snack. Otherwise, you can slip out onto the lounge balcony at the front of the apartment – and with its peaceful views of the tree-lined street, this is the ideal place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, or relaxing evening sun-downers. The focal point of the apartment is the lounge with its colourful and thoughtfully considered furnishings. Comfy sofas perfect for TV viewing also convert into occasional beds for extra guests. An adjoining oak dining table complements the room perfectly, providing the place for more formal dining. Tucked neatly away at the back of the apartment are 2 bedrooms, 1 king size with ensuite shower room and 1 twin, with the use of a bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower.
SWIMMING POOL
On the ground floor of the building, tucked neatly at the back for privacy, the hidden treasure of the blue, sparkling pool awaits. Serving 12 apartments only, the space is not overly used and offers a refreshing respite at the end of a long beach day!
PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is 1st floor, without elevator access. Car parking is underground garage, with an allocated space.

1. A Warm Welcome - We can assist with airport transfers, a shopping service and food to order. Plus a personal check-in from one of our Guest Service Managers (subject to arrival times). Some of our properties have key boxes, which could be used if a personal check-in is not required but generally we prefer to make a meet and greet service.
2. Important Information - We will send a welcome email before you arrive, and in your accommodation, you will find a huge holiday guide packed with local recommendations
3. A 24-Hour Helpline - The Smartavillas Team is always on duty if you need assistance.
4. Legal Matters:
• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.
• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,
• Please note we will request a property security deposit via a 3rd party agency, details of which are available on request.
