Access to the apartment is by stairs, with a street entrance and a private apartment entrance on the second floor. Tucked neatly at the back of the apartment are 2 bedrooms, 1 king size room with ensuite shower, and a twin room with use of a separate bathroom with bathtub. The long hallway melts into the lounge, with comfy sofas giving room to relax, read or watch TV. Alongside this, a separate kitchen, fully equipped for home catering, has patio doors leading to a balcony running the length of the apartment, ideally positioned to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. In contrast, the bedroom balcony overlooking the traditional cobbled street and the Taviranese rooftops provides a welcome respite from the daytime warmth offering the perfect spot for a pre-dinner sundowner, after a hard day at the beach!

A very clean and well laid out flat very close to town. Location was perfect and the street was fairly quiet. Parking was available on the street or in a dirt lot close by, it might be harder to find when the hotel opens up. Plenty of space to spreadsee more

The house is very nice. The location is perfect because its close to the center (5min walking) but in a street really quiet and next to the accesses to other locations. Rachel and all the team of Smartvillas are careful and friendly. Great stay!

We had a fantastic trip to Tavira staying in this apartment. There were four of us staying and it was incredibly spacious with two big bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. It was lovely and clean and very comfortable with everything we nsee more

I would give it 3.5. Luckily I had a car as it’s quite a distance out of town to the apartment. Not comfortable for walking back to alone at night, necessitating a cab. Also one of the heating units did not work so it was rather chilly some nights. see more

Also, the condo was not sound proof. Neighbours are easily overheard within the unit. Overall it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the unit in good shape.
