Situated in a peaceful residential zone on the outskirts of Tavira, this traditional apartment has an inviting bright and modern décor welcoming its guests for a pleasant stay. The rooms are well appointed including 3 spacious bedrooms and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The balcony from the lounge offers spectacular ocean vistas and overlooks the pool and tennis court, both available with this apartment. The colourful town of Tavira can be reached in around 20 minutes’ walk, or a 5 minute taxi ride.

COLOURFUL INTERIOR
The vibrant entrance welcomes you to a colourful lounge with comfy sofas, and immediately draws you to the balcony with views that reach out across the town, out towards the Atlantic Ocean. Here you can enjoy the ambience of the vista and a lovely sundowner or two! Tucked neatly at the back of the apartment are 3 bedrooms; 1 king size room with a recently upgraded ensuite shower, and 2 twin rooms with use of a separate bathroom with bathtub. A spacious kitchen adjoins the lounge and is well equipped with all essential items, offering a perfect spot for home catering and dining.
OUTSIDE LEISURE
For your leisure enjoyment, the communal pool just a 1 minute on foot where the facilities are well-tended and include sunbeds, garden space, a snack bar in addition to the use of the adjoining tennis court creating an ideal day of activities for children and adults alike. The trip into town is a short car ride, or a 20 minute walk, where you will find all the delights that Tavira town and its beach island have to offer.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is 3rd floor, top of the building with 2 flights of stairs. There is no elevator in this building. Car parking is on-street, with no charge.

Some of our properties have key boxes, which could be used if a personal check-in is not required but generally we prefer to make a meet and greet service.
2. Important Information - We will send a welcome email before you arrive, and in your accommodation, you will find a huge holiday guide packed with local recommendations
3. A 24-Hour Helpline - The Smartavillas Team is always on duty if you need assistance.
4. Legal Matters:
• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.
• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,
• Please note we will request a property security deposit via a 3rd party agency, details of which are available on request.
