Duplex apartment situated in the popular holiday Condo of 'Cabanas Gardens', perfectly located on the edge of a quaint fishing village. The accommodation is cosy and well equipped where you can wake up to the stunning sea views. Then simply choose to relax on your alfresco patio, enjoy the swimming pool, or hop on the nearby boat to visit the stunning beach island with its gorgeous, golden sands. In the evening, take a stroll into the village to explore the tempting choice of restaurants.
The apartment is a uniquely designed duplex accommodation and is the perfect spot to enjoy a combined beach and pool holiday. The ground floor comprises a well-equipped kitchenette, dining table and lounge which has a converting sofa bed if required, with large patio doors giving plenty of light and leading to a private shaded terrace, with a dining table and 2 sunbeds. Overlooking a large grassy garden space, this is an ideal place for a peaceful breakfast or sundowners! On the first floor, the master double bedroom has its own balcony, which is idyllic in the evening to watch the sun set as dusk descends. The bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with overhead shower and a bathtub.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is ground with floor with stairs to the first floor bedroom. Access to private garage space.

To comply with legal requirements, we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us before your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
• TOURIST TAXES
Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, where charges of around 1€ per person per night are applied to a maximum of 7 nights. This charge is levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.

Wonderful time at Cabanas Garden, the apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed which improved our experience. The location was also great allowing us to walk small distances to the boat and center.

Second time I've stayed here and I'll definitely be returning. It boasts a stunning yet peaceful location just a short walk from Cabanas sea front. The apartment is clean, spacious, very comfortable and has a great inventory.
