Chic apartment in the heart of a local village, perfectly located to amenities and the renowned Benamor golf course. And meanwhile, the coastline and fishing port of Cabanas is just a 20-minute walk away, where you will find shops, a magical beach island and a superb choice of eateries to suit all tastes. Superb accommodation with modern and bright furnishings, ideal for a couple or young family. Quaint village views and a kitchen terrace with dining table and BBQ for al fresco dining.
Access to the apartment is by stairs, with a roadside and a private apartment entrance on the second floor. Form the entrance hallway, you are instantly welcomed by a modern and chic décor with beautiful furnishings. The accommodation consists of a gorgeous open lounge adorned by a beautiful white sofa and TV, with 2 attractive plush chairs that open to single beds for extra guests. A balcony embraces the whole apartment with table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy a lovely breakfast or a sundowner or 2. There is also a charcoal BBQ for guest wishing to partake in a grilled fish! The adjacent kitchen is spacious with an interior dining table, aswell as a range of appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and a plentiful supply of utensils. The bedroom is simple and elegant with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, and the apartment has the use of a separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. Superb accommodation at a reasonable price, perfect for a couple or a young family to enjoy pleasant surroundings with beautiful beaches and restaurants close by.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is 2nd floor, top of the building with 2 flights of stairs. Please note, there is no elevator in this building and car parking is on-street, with no charge.

4. Legally Yours -
• SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists' and guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us before your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
• TOURIST TAXES
Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, where charges of around 1€ per person per night are applied to a maximum of 7 nights. This charge is levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.
