Superb apartment situated in the popular holiday resort of "Golden Clube", perfectly located on the edge of the quaint fishing village of Cabanas. The bright and fresh interior offers a perfect holiday home, with outdoor dining - all neatly nestled amongst super on-site amenities including 3 swimming pools, tennis, restaurants, cafes, gymnasium and a private beach area. In the evening, a leisurely stroll will take you into the village to explore the lovely choice of eateries and gift shops.

The ground floor, one level accommodation rests in a slightly elevated position, which makes the outside balcony a very pleasnt al-fresco dining spot. Nestled amonst attractive gardens with pretty flowers and shrubs, the accommodation is in the centre of the resort, but has a peaceful ambience all the same! The open plan interior is fresh and bright with a large indoor dining table, a long, comfy sofa, and a fully equipped kitchenette, with cooking and washing facilities. Sleeping space consists of a king size bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, an area with bunk beds for kids and a convertible sofa bed suitable for 1 extra guest. The apartment also has a second bathroom for sharing.

The Golden Clube Resort is a popular destination offering fabulous, family holiday experience. With its plentiful choice of amenities , including kids´activities in the summer months, this is a great all round experience that will suit everyone seeking an action packed holiday! The pool is well maintained, with a large selection of sunbeds and private to guests in residence.
The unit is privately owned, but guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is on the ground floor, with a sloped access point (no steps). Free parking is available within the grounds of the resort.

Smartavillas is a property management and rental company based in the East Algarve, serving guests since 2009. We offer you:
1. A Warm Welcome - We can assist with airport transfers, a shopping service and food to order. Plus a personal check-in from one of our Guest Service Managers (subject to arrival times). Some of our properties have key boxes, which could be used if a personal check-in is not required but generally we prefer to make a meet and greet service.
2. Important Information - We will send a welcome email before you arrive, and in your accommodation, you will find a huge holiday guide packed with local recommendations
3. A 24-Hour Helpline - The Smartavillas Team is always on duty if you need assistance.
4. Legal Matters:
• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.
• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,
• Please note we will request a property security deposit via a 3rd party agency, details of which are explained in our booking terms and conditions.

Nice apartment. It is located in a hotel area. The pool was popular, it was possible to take a free boat to the quiet beach. It is short walk to the town with shops and many restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

A 5 minutos a pé da vila de Cabanas de Tavira com restaurantes e supermercados acessíveis a pé. Cozinha muito bem equipada e com duas casas de banho, o que a torna ideal para famílias com até três filhos. No global, experiência muito agradável e ótimo sítio para se passar férias.
